Seth Brignell has exhibited at home and abroad, creating a huge body of artworks in a wide variety of mediums and combinations of media which include sculpture, collage, texts, sound and multi-sensory installation and producing works for theatre, radio and exhibitions. Co-founder of improvised sonic art group London Concrete, he has also openly worked on a number of projects with other artists through an interest in the unforeseeable and chance directions such interaction and resulting works may lead. Often utilising the inseparable dichotomy of sight and sound, his work insists on interaction and participation whether immediately physical or in reconsidering one’s environment. His work is focussed upon the documentation of details; isolating the incidental and elevating the unnoticed.
